Unfortunately most snacks are bad for you. Thankfully there is a way you can eat snacks that won t add extra pounds to your weight. This way of snacking might also boost your overall health and nutrition. Follow the steps below to unlock the power of snacking right. Reduce portions to reduce calorie intake Do you remember when your parents used to tell you to finish everything on your plate? To please our folks we cleaned our plates since we didn t want to waste anything.
