The trick is keeping an eye out for them and getting creative with recipes. When most people think of deserts with dairy ice cream is the very first thing that comes to mind. There are ice cream sandwiches free of any dairy products that come in every flavor that would be available in the dairy aisle. They are incredibly tasty and appropriate for either the lifestyle of anyone who is either lactose intolerant or vegan. Everyone knows that there is dairy in ice cream but some may not think about the dairy products that are included in other deserts. If someone needs to eat dairy free desserts that includes not only ice cream but also cakes and cookies.
