See if theres a chapter on easy and quick vegan recipes and make sure you also jot a few of these recipes down. You will thank yourself for doing this later on when you are too busy or tired to spend hours in the kitchen! In any (non-vegan) recipe book You do not necessarily have to look in vegan recipe books to find vegan recipes! Any good recipe book should have some great ideas for you to make which are already meat and dairy free (e.g.: soups salads and stir-frys).
