Vegan Sugar Cookies Nut Free  Gluten Simply Quinoa Dairy Desserts

Just because someone is lactose intolerant or lives a vegan lifestyle does not mean that they should not be able to enjoy delicious desserts. Once these ingredients are well-blended add two egg whites one at a time. After each addition mix the batter only until blended. Over-mixing can cause the batter to become too thin.
